Here we are, in the land of thunderstorms!

That's right, one last night (that I couldn't sleep through) and one right now, that apparently, Amos can't sleep through! Not to mention the heat and humidity...which is fun when you've got a baby strapped to ya!!

Anyway, we narrowly avoided rain and got the truck unloaded this morning, and surprisingly, just might fill up this house we are in right now.
Amos has really enjoyed playing with the kids (Ellis, 10; Zach, 6 and Zane, 4)--the boys have been boys, but have been really sweet and gentle, too. Ellis has taken to holding Amos and playing with him at just the right time, and getting to know Mike and Julie Berend (who own our house right now and are just really great people anyway) has been a real blessing. We are blessed and well cared for right now, thanks be to God!
